Cannes Wedding
Cannes is one of the best known cities within the French Riviera, as a popular tourist destination and most commonly for the annual Cannes Film Festival.Cannes makes an excellent wedding destination combining the glitz of the ever present celebrities with impressive hotels like the Martinez positioned on the sea front, of the famous boulevard de La Croisettes. The summers are long and warm, with summer daytime temperatures regularly reaching 30°C. It can remain high from June to September, which is worth considering when deciding wedding clothing like men's tails, although a Mediterranean breeze does keep the summer evenings comfortably cool.

A wedding celebration in Cannes could be held in the Notre Dame des Pins Church. Built in the early 1900’s it features an eclectic mix of architectural styles from Romanesque to Italian Gothic. Other churches include the Holy Trinity which is an Anglican Church sponsored by the Intercontinental Church Society.

The best way to reach Cannes is to fly into Nice Côte d’Azur Airport which is Located 24 km (15 mi) away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has good transport connections via rail (TVG) or bus and the smaller Cannes Mandelieu Airport is also nearby.
